L'Oreal Paris Infallible Foundation and Concealer Review

I just want to start this off by saying I love the entire Infallible collection. I haven’t tried every single product from the line, but i’ve tried three of the foundations plus one concealer and love them all. Each product i’ve tried, i’ve bought more than once and i’m excited to keep trying more from the line.

Back to the juicy stuff though, let’s review the products I used in this wear test. Below is everything the L’Oreal Paris Infallible Fresh Wear foundation claims to do.

• Up to 24 Hour Fresh Staying Power

• Long lasting foundation with their most lightweight, breathable texture

• Waterproof, transfer-resistant and sweat-resistant foundation

• Medium-to-full buildable coverage foundation, natural finish

I agree with every benefit the foundation claims. Of course I didn’t wear it for 24 Hours, but who does? My wear test was a full 8 hours though and although I did get shiny, which is normal for me, the coverage did hold up. The foundation is very lightweight and breathable considering the coverage didn’t budge. I think the Waterproof, transfer-resistant and sweat-resistant claims are what shocked me the most! I believe that all three are true, I wore the foundation in 100 degree weather, I wore a mask (because COVID) and it didn’t transfer at all and I sweat, got shiny and coverage was STILL there.

Now, let’s get into L’Oreal Paris Infallible Full Wear Concealer and it’s claims.

• More Than Concealer, Full-On Coverage and Full-Face Wear

• Waterproof, transfer-resistant, fade-resistant

• Cover, contour, and shape your face

• Completely covers imperfections, minimizes redness and scar

Again, yes, yes, yes & more yes! This concealer is BOMB.COM and that says a lot because concealers don’t impress me too much. I’m not a huge concealer gal but finding this one made me a concealer snob all of a sudden. I compare everything to it because it’s so good and it’s DRUGSTORE! Just like the foundation, this concealer does everything L’Oreal claims it does. I instantly compared it to Tarte Shape Tape because of the packaging and large doe foot applicator, but the formula isn’t as dry. It really is a perfect formula, because it’s high coverage, no shine, but it’s not matte. Matte concealers can be amazing, but they can also be troublesome.

Overall, like I mentioned in the beginning I seriously love the L’Oreal Paris Infallible line and these two products get a 10/10 from me! I highly recommend both. To test the products I did an 8 hour wear test and the pictures for that are below!
